Well, we're just under 2 WEEKS AWAY and we PROMISE YOU.....it's going to be an absolutely AMAZING WEEKEND with some equally AMAZING GUEST SPEAKERS from all facets of the Movie, TV, Music, Theater, Arts and Entertainment World!

PREPARING FOR THE CONFERENCE
In preparation for the event, please find below important details for your calendar together with programming
DIRECTIONS TO THE ATLANTA MARRIOTT NORTHEAST EMORY HOTEL

CAR PARKING:
There is free car parking on the hotel's grounds but we are expecting a good turnout so we suggest that you arrive early.
GUEST SPEAKER'S CHECK IN PROCESS:
On arrival at The Atlanta Marriott Northeast Emory Hotel, 2000 Century Blvd NE, Atlanta you will need report directly to
THE PEACHTREE AMPHITHEATER where you will be received by Ericka, Cora or Grace who will be happy to check you into the Conference.
YOUR PANEL DETAILS:
ARRIVAL TIME: 2.45pm - Please arrive NO LATER THAN 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to your Panel Presentation.
DRESS CODE:
Feel free to come as comfortable or dress-up as you like!
WHAT YOU WILL SPEAK ABOUT ON YOUR PANEL
Essentially, your role as a Guest Panel Speaker will be a friendly, informal but knowledgeable overview of your talents, gifts and professional acumen.
You will be able to share your wisdom of your chosen field of expertise, experiences that have colored your life and advice and guidance to those wishing to learn from your personal narrative and journey.
We would kindly ask that, when responding to a question, that you show courtesy by being concise with your response and the time therein.
The Panel discussion will be controlled by a Moderator who will field the questions.
Time-Keeping: Your discussion time will be 35 minutes with 10 minutes at the end for Questions and Answers session from the audience/attendees.
The Panel will be timed with an alert that will sound at 30 minutes informing you that there is only 5 minutes of discussion remaining, and a second alert will sound thus ending Panel discussion and commencing the Q&A.
MODERATOR'S QUESTION So as to assist with the preparing our Moderators for your Panel, please provide us via email with 2 or 3 Question which you wish the Moderator to ask during your panel discussion time.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: Feel free to bring along your Business Card, Flyers, Promotional Items as there will be a lot of professional individuals, students and Delegates that would LOVE to network with you!
THE CONFERENCE WEEKEND
All Guest Speakers are welcomed to enjoy the entire weekend which kicks off at 9.00am registration.
Panel Discussions will take place throughout the entire day with the ATLANTA CREATORS AFTER PARTY and NETWORKING EVENT commencing at approximately 6.30pm until 8.30pm on both Saturday, 22 and Sunday, 23, February.
All Guest Speakers and Delegates are welcomed to stay and enjoy the ambience, networking opportunities and INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCES from our superb vocalists and actors.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
If you're planning to stay at the hotel during the time of the Conference then please take advantage of the block booking discount that we have arranged with the Atlanta Marriott for just $109 per night (usual rate $169).

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
The Atlanta Marriott has created an exclusive buffet-style lunch for our Guests and Participants at the cost of $15.00 plus tax. Lunch is scheduled for approximately 1.00pm until 1.30pm
There is also a STARBUCKS CAFE onsite which will serve coffees, sandwiches and refreshments throughout the day.
The hotel also has a bar for alcoholic drinks and beverages.
SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAIL BLASTS and SUPPORTING THE ATLANTA CREATORS
This is an ideal time to send out all your Personalized Flyers that were designed for you a few weeks ago to promote your attendance at the event. YOUR SUPPORT WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
YOUR COMPLIMENTARY INVITED GUESTS' TICKETS
Your invited guests have already been issued and should have already received their Complimentary Weekend Passes via Eventbrite.
Please ask them to PRINT their tickets and have valid ID for presentation when they report for check-in.
On arrival, they will be issued with a Delegate's badge which will be used for the entire weekend - or whatever day they have been allocated tickets for.
During the event, the Badge will need to be kept on your person as they will not be allowed re-entry for the following day.
